9/11 Families Outraged by Obama Call to Suspend Guantanamo War Crimes Trials

I don’t understand why a President can stop trials!! Justice is supposed to be independent and maybe he thinks that the victims don’t deserve justice. and the question is: What to do with the terrorist of Guantanamo?
