Lawsuit: Clinton can’t be secretary of state

It seems that Hillary Clinton have a serious problem with his nomination as Secretary of State
Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit Thursday arguing that Hillary Rodham Clinton cannot legally serve as secretary of state, even though she was sworn in last week.
